Hmmm, that sounds like a . . . .RAPIER. Welcome to the club Caldari. And the Falcon can fit just a good of a tank as a Rapier (it is just that the rapier is forced to use more slots for tank).
I seriously never thought this would happened. I assumed that CCP loved the Falcon and would never touch it.

Sounds good to me...as soon as the make the falcon as fast and as agile as the rapier.
Oh yeah...and the 'weapon' system isn't racially limited and chance based....
As a falcon pilot, I would be ecstatic if they made the falcon (and ECM) more like other recons.
Sure, I would LOVE to give you the rapiers **** poor speed and agility for your ridiculous range. And webs do hit every time . . . at 60%, so how about we have Falcons jam every time and have it only block 60% of my DPS? Then lets make it so you have to play in under 40km range also. Now we are fair. Same speed, agility, tank, range, and both our weapons are only 60% effective. Should I tell CCP to make the change or you?

Ok, we will make ECM hit every time, but be only 60% effective so I will still hit you for 40% damage. And then I am more then happy to give Falcon pilots a 3rd weapon, a secondary EW (like we have TP), and a drone bay. All you have to give up is your ridiculous range and fly under 40km like the rest of us. You will have the ENTIRE Minmatar race on your side if these changes were put into effect.
